From our base in Houston, Legal Media has been providing litigation support to attorneys nationwide for over 40 years. Started as a one-man shop recording video depositions, we now offer graphic design, courtroom “hot-seat” operation and on-site trial support services. But our roots as a video production company run deep!

From this rich vein of experience comes our newest service, LMI Rentals, providing the Audio/Visual equipment necessary to conduct legal proceedings in modern settings. We do this with personalized service, a large warehouse of reliable gear, and an affordable price - a combination unheard of in the current marketplace.

Our mission is the delivery of outstanding service and support so that you can focus on what you do best - putting on the strongest case possible for your clients.

We offer rentals for various proceedings including ARBITRATIONS (in person, hybrid, or fully remote), TRIALS - supplementing courtroom equipment or doing a full set-up for those with no built-in technology, AND we take care of all logistics, including SHIPPING AND DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, and availability of ON-CALL TECHNICIANS.

WHAT WE DO

SITE SURVEY

It all starts with the space. Is there room for a 10’ screen? Or maybe a TV fits better. We will listen and work with you to give you the best equipment for your needs at a price that is reasonable.
DELIVER/INSTALL

Next, we will deliver, install, and test everything to ensure you are ready for opening statements. Many rolls of gaff tape will be used.
TROUBLESHOOT

If you decide at the last minute you want an additional monitor or more mics - we have you covered. If anything goes wrong our technicians have the expertise to fix it.
